A Little Stitching.......

This weekend........
besides it being super hot...
DD1 Birthday.......
Softball games in the heat....
brother visiting from Texas.....
board games with siblings, family and nieces....

I did a little stitching!

I finished my Birdie Block for May. I decided not to stitch the last two flowers; good thing the pencil will wash out!!

And NOW!!

I am going to start my quilt shop!!!

Well of course I am going to use my Presencia Perle Finca Floss (On sale)!!!

Have a great Day!

  13. I love how you do the block in the fun colors. I need to find something that inspires me that I can use my new threads with. I do have some pieces that I need to finish, and they do need stitching. Can't wait to see how you store comes out.

  25. Just jumped over from your post at Stash Manicure. Gosh, neat tutorial you got there. Binding on pot holders always confuses me too! Maybe there is a tut somewhere out there in blog land. I'd love a bunch of scraps! I make charity quilts for babies, so they always come in handy. :)
